  • Description of project/assignment/business problem or need :
  • Efficiently partner with department leaders to support the employee life cycle across business units at HDFC Life's corporate office. 

    Fulfill staffing mandates across specialist and sales roles in line with manpower budgets at optimum cost. 

    Contribute towards maintaining the efficiency of the employee on boarding process. 

    Partner with departments to develop an understanding of their talent needs with a view to enhance the development of internal talent to fulfill skill requirements. 

    Execute HR interventions with a view towards building a hygienic environment for employees
